This book had a great narrarator and storyline and was entertaining until the end I loved all the characters and all the interesting perspectives. Following in Albrek's footsteps, Alex and his friends travel to the haunted Isle of Bones, where a mysterious creature lurks in a deserted village, to the cursed city of Neplee, where the dwarfs are hunted by the undead hellerash, and through the shadow of an empty oracle's tower, where a whispered legend is about to come true. Trivia About Albrek's Tomb Ad A little harder to read than the first two due to a slightly slower pace, but does a very good job as the swing text, setting up the overarching conflict, and is ultimately an enjoyable read.

Alex and his friends find that these are not normal Hellerash but are dead and were summoned by a necromancer. There is one part of the story where they find a great evil and Alex knows that no matter how close they are to finishing their adventure, he must fight this great evil and destroy it if he can, even if it means his own death.

What's more, like Harry Potter, you can see Alex's the main character world slowly expanding as he learns he is an ever increasingly more important piece in the puzzle.
