This may be true, but on Windows 7 I used K10Stat and overclocked to 2. That being said, I can use this program to undervolt my cpu to save battery, but not to overclock the cpu for more performance when I'm plugged in, is that correct?? I have no cpuid level set in the BIOS. I confirm this by running benchmarks. If you read the newspaper, you're mis-informed.

Also if you break your machine then don't blame me. When I run turioncontrol in ubuntu I have cpuid module in the kernel 3. Is there something I am missing???
